After our 2 week break, we’re back! This week John is joined by Sarah as we sit and talk about the most childishly named, yet surprisingly deep Green Day album Dookie. We look at the songs, and how Billie Joe Armstrong’s heart and soul are laid bare. We look at how some songs are considered anthems, and while others are a several minute blast of noise, and how the album taught a generation of youngsters that it was ok to be yourself, and how “Girls, Girls, Girls” became outdated with more Gay or Bi front men in rock music.
Also we look at the Sony vs Marvel debacle, Football Chants at the darts, and a whole load of bits and nonsense.
