WHAT’S UP EVERYBODY!?! This week John is joined by Gregg as we talk about 3 of the best games released on the Sega Genesis/Sega Mega Drive. We talk about the weird sounds, mechanics (both literal and gaming), and levels of Road Rash II, and how it was a great upgrade from the original. We talk about how hard, fun NBA Jam was, as well as some fantasy matches that could have happened, if the NBA had not been spoilsports. We then look at the gold standard of ‘90s side scrolling Beat-em-ups Streets of Rage. There we look at the great soundtrack, the difficult final boss, and the “3 ringed” circus of characters, that meant there was something for everyone.
Then Sarah joins John as we talk about the giant COVID-19 shaped elephant in the room we haven’t been ignoring, and how we have been impacted in terms of our schedule, and what to expect from the BM Network going forward.
Finally have news of a special show from our friends The Hollow Decks.
